Lovely Links

It's Friday! Lots of good stuff going on over here today.

This has been a particularly good week. Nothing all that amazing happened. It just felt like a feel good week. I didn't once feel baby sick, Lila and Seth began soccer together, and Evie washed things in the toilet. All of this makes me smile. Oh, and my day started being lazy while drinking coffee in bed with this…

We are in the planning stages of redoing two rooms in our house to accommodate a fifth member of the family coming. I am in a serious vintage phase (who isn't?). Looking through Etsy trying to find all things cozy and reminiscent of something old and loved is so good for my soul. Now if I could just figure out how to make it all come together we'd be on a roll. I'm doing all of this planning while listening to the new Lake Street Dive album. They are not a new obsession for me, but the new album opens up my love for them once more. They also fit nicely into the vintage feel I'm trying to conjure up.

Here's what I'm into on this rainy Friday…

I suggest listening to this one while you surf the blogosphere.

Nursery

This and this jump out at me for a gender neutral nursery. I would actually just like to recreate this room on Cluck, Cluck, Sew. Again, the question is how to decide and what to really do. We are also hoping to sell our rocker and get a couch for the nursery. When I had Evie I wanted more room for Lila to sit in the nursery with me.  A couch seems to be the obvious choice for all of us to snuggle up while I'm nursing or reading books.

Shared Girls Room

I have a Pinterest board, obviously, for these things. At some point I'm going to have to stop myself, take a deep breath, and make some definitive choices. This is not a strength of mine. I want to do all of the things.

I have possible quilts already that are truly old and loved, but this one sort of screams Lila.

I am in love with the turquoise in this room. And the black and white sisters photo. And pretty much everything else.

And this. You can customize it too. LOVELY.

Dresses

In a desperate effort to bring on warm weather I am contemplating sewing some sun dresses for the girls. I haven't done much sewing in quite a while so this would really be sending some hard work into the universe. If I do this I hope the universe listens. I'm done with the cold.

I love this one, this one, and this one.

What are you into this week? Any lovely links you want to share?
