Really good day

And here's why from start to finish:

- I went on a fabulously long walk with a neighbor using my new (gently used) double jogger for the two little munchkins.
- Carson drank and ate everything I gave her and seemed happy to do so. In fact, I am starting to feel like she may like when I feed her and that makes me happy.
- I accomplished quite a lot with two babies today. Did laundry with Lila's folding "help" while Carson was having a BLAST throwing clean socks in the air over and over again. I also attempted to vacuum. Carson was in the Ergo. Lila was not happy with this so while Carson was in the Ergo I carried Lila and for about ten minutes I felt like super mom. I vacuumed the kitchen and the dining room and then realized I was sweating on Carson and decided to stop.
- Both babies napped at the same time today. I don't really know how it happened, but it did. And it was glorious. I have been struggling with getting up before Lila in the morning to shower because we have been walking and I feel pretty gross after the walk. So what's the point of showering early to just feel gross again? After the walk and the vacuuming I had visions of Katie coming in to get Carson and vowing not to return to my house due to the stench. Lila and Carson apparently didn't want that to occur so they slept well at the same time so I could clean up. Thank you ladies.
- Lila woke up from her nap looking like this and I seriously laughed so much I think she got embarrassed...and then I felt bad. This picture doesn't even come close to doing the hairdo justice.

- Seth came home at 6:00 pm. This is early for him believe it or not. We ate dinner and went on a walk to the end of our street sans stroller. Two minutes out Lila excitedly fell in the street and scraped her hand in multiple places. She cried, got up, and started yelling at Molly again as she took off. I love that kid.
- Instead of just emptying her drawers Lila decided to attempt to put her clothes on for the first time tonight. She was SO proud of herself and we told her how pretty she looked.
- AND, I am leaving tomorrow to go to Asheville with my mom and my sister for the weekend. That being said, have a great weekend and I will be back on Monday!
