Holla Hump Day

This week's shout outs go to...

...my aunt Elizabeth and cousins Olivia and Audrey. My cousins are spending a couple of days with us and playing nonstop with my girls while I, you know, do stuff. Just the girls and I leave Sunday for a four day trip to Raleigh to visit my friend Kristin and her family. Hopefully I can complete every long road trip activity for toddlers pin I have pinned on Pinterest. Or buy some new movies on Amazon for the car ride. Or both.

...my Seth. There are too many words and too lengthy of an explanation that will sound like every other time I have included him in a shout out. Let's just go with, I AM SO BLESSED.

...my mom. She saved the day by showing up very last minute yesterday to babysit for me when our babysitter got the lovely stomach bug that is running around town. When my mom babysits she does my dishes. Again, there just aren't enough words to express how spectacular that is. Blessed I tell you.

...Katie for teaching Lila about hiding her attitude. I don't know if Katie made it up or if some other brilliant soul taught it to her. It doesn't matter. All that matters is that Lila's emotionally charged little self gets the giggles when I start suggesting where in our house she can shove her attitude. Flush it, hide it, sweep it under the rug, or leave it in the mailbox for our unsuspecting mailman...makes no difference to me. Let's just get it gone. So glad Lila gets a kick out of it. I hope she keeps getting her kicks for a. long. time.

SIDE NOTE

There is a chance that it the coming weeks blogging will be spotty. We leave Sunday for Raleigh, are home for a week, and then leave again for the beach. There is also a chance that I will be so inspired by the events that take place on these long road trips that I blog a lot. I just wanted to give a heads up that I may be MIA or I may not. Totally clear right?
